Jacques Flécher
Jacques began his career in France, before moving on to several European countries, where he worked in a variety of establishments, from brasseries to the gourmet restaurant of the “Homewood Park” hotel, a “Small Luxury Hotel” rated 1 star in the Michelin guide.
In 1999, he decided to move to the island of Saint-Barthélemy, where he worked as chef at the restaurant/caterer “La route des Boucaniers”, before joining the team at the hotel “Guanahani & Spa”, as chef de cuisine at the restaurant “L’Indigo”.
In 2013, drawing on all these experiences, he decided to create the company « Villa Chef St Barth » to put his culinary expertise and high level of excellence acquired in luxury establishments at the service of private individuals.
