
Jacques Flécher, Private Chef

Jacques began his career in France before gaining experience in several European countries, which led him to work in various types of establishments such as brasseries, but also for the gourmet restaurant at the Homewood Park Hotel, a Small Luxury Hotel with one Michelin star.
In 1999, he decided to move to the island of Saint Barthélemy, where he worked as chef at the restaurant/caterer La Route des Boucaniers before joining the team at the Guanahani & Spa Hotel as head chef at the restaurant L’Indigo.
In 2013, drawing on all this experience, he decided to create the company Villa Chef St Barth and become a private chef, putting his culinary expertise and the high level of excellence he had acquired in luxury establishments at the service of private individuals in Saint Barthélemy.

Contact the chef to discuss your project, providing details of the type of service you require and the dates of your stay and event. Tell him about your wishes, preferences, dietary restrictions, and the number of guests. Each service is 100% personalized.
The chef designs a tailor-made menu for you
Based on your expectations, Jacques will create a menu perfectly suited to your occasion: modern French cuisine, fusion inspirations, Creole touches, or exclusive creations. Depending on your preferences, wine pairings can also be arranged with the island’s wine merchant. You then approve the proposal, which can be adjusted to suit your every request.
We handle all the preparation
The chef takes care of the shopping, selecting the best fresh produce on the island, then prepares your meal in your villa’s kitchen. Everything is done on site, respecting your privacy and your pace. For large groups, a waiter is on hand to ensure impeccable service.
